Hi, Iām Michelle Keller.
Michelle completed her Master in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana in 2013.
She began her career working with incarcerated individuals. Through the years, she has developed the skills to assist individuals where they are and develop ways to help the adapt to life situations.
Most recently, Michelle has begun the journey of being certified in brainspotting. She fell in love with the idea of using "curiosity to cure the client" and how quickly and effective the modality of treatment can be.
Michelle is a member of the Rocky Mountain Brainspotting Institute. She aspires to become a certified instructor in brainspotting in the future.
My Approach
Through my continued study of mental health, I continue to strive to incorporate skills and techniques that assist individuals in reducing distress in their lives while balancing an authentic healing of the nervous system.
Somatic Work
Identifying various adverse life experiences and their impact on our nervous system and body, is essential in helping unburden the body from those experiences and living a more authentic life.
Interpersonal Relationships
Equiping clients with various coping skills from different treatment modalities, I partner with clients to understand interpersonal dynamics and equip clients with skills to manage their relationships in healthy ways.
